Roy has extensive experience in managing fee collection mechanisms for municipal authorities, amongst which are: Modiin-Maccabim-Reut, Elad, and Betar Illit.

Roy possesses proficient skills, knowledge and experience of content and media. He has extensive professional experience from his employment at the Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Studios in Herzliya and at The Home Front Command studio during national emergencies, where he held the positions of editor-in-chief, researcher, producer and TV and radio programs coordinator. He has past experience as an educator and teacher of communications, working in special projects for young people and adults, as well as with children with special needs, through the Association of Community Centers.
