• The supply, installation and maintenance of terminals required for parking lot operations and for collection of parking fees.
• The supply of services for collecting parking fines
• The supply, installation and maintenance of manned or unmanned systems required for parking lot operations and for collection of parking fees.

Issuing multi-system tenders for the local authority, which would incorporate a wide range of services provided by a single external contract, or a tender incorporating the construction and operation of the parking authority to be provided by an external contractor

Briefing contractors and the tender committee and accompanying them on the        preliminary guided tour of the designated area.

Responding to questions and clarifying tender issues.

Analysis of proposals and feedback regarding competence of tender applicants

Supplying the tenders committee with a professional report and recommendations regarding the selection of a concessionaire.

In accordance with the client's preference:

Legal consultation provided by an attorney specialized in tenders, with a special focus on parking, will be included in the services.

Professional support and counsel is also available during the transition phase, that being the time period between selecting the winning bidder and the commencement of the project.
